Changes and cancellation conditions: all booking changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing and reconfirmed by the Farm holiday San Francesco.
For cancellation communications:
- 30 days before the date of arrival and the deposit will be refunded
- 30- 14 days before the date of arrival the paid deposit will be retained for a future stay.
- 14 days before arrival the deposit will be retained by the farm holiday and not refunded.
SAFE HOLIDAY CLAUSE With the underwriting of the Safe Holiday Clause your deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is in writing up to the date before arrival.
The cost is 5,00 euro a night for each flat, during the periods: C, D, E, F, G , H, I 2,00 euro a night for each flat during the periods: A and B.
The insurance should be settled simultaneously when paying the deposit specifying the correspondent amount and the said: SAFE HOLIDAY CLAUSE.
