GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Relais Antico Podere San Francesco.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Relais Antico Podere San Francesco, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Relais Antico Podere San Francesco sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Relais Antico Podere San Francesco in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Relais Antico Podere San Francesco promise to send the client a confirmation e-mail.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation becomes binding for our structure only at the moment of the reception of the deposit payment receipt or the data from the credit card onto wich effectue the authorized withdrawal.

The eventual reductions in price and last-minute are about payments of the deposit without additional expenses for the beneficiary.

Settlement of payment: at your arrival.

Arrival (check-in): bedrooms and apartments are available after 16.00, and before and not later 20.00 (in any case, the baggage can be left previously).

Departure (Check-out): bedrooms and apartments must be left by entro le 10.00 of the leaving day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Changes and cancellation conditions:  all booking changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing and reconfirmed by the Farm holiday San Francesco.

For cancellation communications:

-30 days before the date of arrival and the deposit will be refunded
- 30- 14 days before the date of arrival the paid deposit will be retained  for a future stay.
-14 days before arrival the deposit will be retained by the farm holiday and not refunded.

SAFE HOLIDAY  CLAUSE

With the underwriting of the Safe Holiday Clause your deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is in writing up to the date before arrival.

The cost is 5,00 euro a night for each flat, during the periods: C, D, E, F, G , H, I 2,00 euro a night for each flat during the periods:  A and B.

The insurance should be settled simultaneously when paying the deposit specifying the correspondent amount and the said:  SAFE HOLIDAY CLAUSE.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution e/o to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Relais Antico Podere San Francesco, are legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Livorno.
